After bringing all the supplies home, I measured out a couple of my components on the pieces of
wood and noticed that it was a little too wide. So I had to wait till the next day to get them
re-cut. So Sunday evening, I went back to Homde Depot and got them re-cut. While I was there,
I picked up a couple more items: two buckets of paint [black and almond], a sponge roller,
and a paint pan. I came back home and started drilling. To my chagrin, the drill ran out of
juice after drilling five holes. So I had to wait for it to recharge until doing anything else.
So it was basically a slow process of drilling, then painting, then drilling, then painting, etc.
Yeah... it sucked. But I wanted to get as much done as possible. So by the end of the night,
I was done drilling and painting. Having done that, I went to sleep and waited for the paint to dry.
