We woke up pretty early [10am] cuz checkout was at 1pm. We packed up, showered, cleaned, made the usual sweeps to make sure that we hadn't left anything behind and then checked out. We went downstairs and put our luggage in holding on the bottom floor. Somewhat still groggy eyed, we walked across the street and went to the place that had been smelling oh so good every time we had passed by. Mr Gyro cart man. He grilled it ups for us and we sat around the fountain and ate some gyros. Tasty stuff. We definitely enjoyed it and it was a solid last meal for our visit in new york.

Then we walked around 5th street in search of gifts for coworkers and friends. After shopping for a while, we went back to the hotel and retrieved our bags. The soCal crew headed to the airport since their flight was earlier and Ruth, Woo, and I went back to Woo's pad to meet with Frances and chill. We ate dinner on Woo [what a good guy] and just relaxed until it was time to leave. Then Ruth and I took the subway to JFK and on our way home we went!

All in all, it was a decent trip. No one got hurt, no one was offended, no one was left out, and everyone had fun. Thumbs up boys...
